No Hassle Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your new art. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your art please contact info@spittingimagegallery.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for a full refund less our actual shipping costs.

Originals & Limited Editions
Originals and Limited Edition items we may only be able to offer a return depending on availability.

Damaged Items
In the rare case that your art arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will ask for photos of the damage, including the packaging, so we can document the claim and process a replacement for you at no charge. Damaged items must be returned before a replacement will be sent.

Defective items are replaced, no hassles or shipping charges up to 7 days from purchase. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be in process as soon as 1 hour after placing your order.

SHIPPING

Prints smaller than 17" x 21" will be shipped flat. All larger prints will be shipped in rolls.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Order will be produced and packaged with care within 1-3 business days and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping to the contiguous United States
Standard shipping is free on orders over $50.00 and typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders under $50.00, a flat rate of $10.00 will be charged. Expedited shipping is available, please contact us at info@spittingimagegallery.com for pricing.

Your order will ship from Chicago (Illinois) by USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number when it ships. You will not be charged any additional duty or taxes, your order is shipped with insurance from the courier.

Shipping Worldwide
Unframed Fine Art Prints, Limited Editions, Originals and Posters are available shipped to most countries worldwide for a flat rate of $30.00. Your product will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Please note: Though we do our best to minimize taxes and duty charges, if your order is shipping outside of the United States there may be additional charges due on receipt of your package. Please check with your local government to confirm.
